[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Insisting wrong payment | |||
While using tata docomo, i have faced only problem with payment and uninformed connection cut and also payment details lately, and if i ask them these problem there response varies from one to another, and after paying my proper bills and left docomo to reliance. After 3 months today 22-aug-2017 a lady named deepa called me for number termination.. The number which i got call from is [protected]. Even though i have explained the thing i have done and the problem and network disconnection for 20-25 days and some 20 days on outgoing call termination, she is not even ready to here it. All she wants is the payment payment payment for the mobile bill. The number which i am using is my personal for 7-8 years and she is just simply ready to disconnect it without even understanding my concern. Was this information helpful? | |||
