Tata Docomo — Internet not working for 4 days in a row | |||
Hi, I'm un-happy with the support of Tata Docomo wired broadband connection. my internet is down for last 4 days and everytime i call the customer service they keep on saying "its set as high priority and will be fixed tomorrow" and the problem is this "tomorrow" never comes. Being someone who regularly works from home this is something really bad. don't think i would be able to recommend this to anyone else. -Antony Was this information helpful? | |||

Problem started on 25th . i've given complaint on 25th and its not resolved yet.
Don't think it justify the word "soon".

Dear Tata DOCOMO,
Please don't commit things if you can't take actions on them.
1. Referece # of issue raised on 25th July :[protected] as per the text message it should be resolved before 29th and today its 31st.
2. Got a call yesterday to check if my internet is working. i was outside and asked the customer service if they could give back a call in 15 minutes so that i could call home and confirm and i didn't get back any call.
3. Got a call today morning asking me to check if the internet is working. it was not working and the customer service representative said someone would be coming before 1PM to fix it. its 2:15PM and i have pushed my other appointments to make myself available during that time.
with all these things i've lost my trust with the service and i no longer wish to be part of this choas.

Just after posting my previous comment i got a call from the local engineer and he was patient enough to troubleshoot the issue.
