Tata Docomo — Irresponsible behaviour in resolution of ticket | |||
This is related to issue i have raised for the new tata photon wifi device connectivity issue some two weeks back(tentatively between nov 6th to 8th). The first ticket raised was closed without resolution and when contacted customer care was told that it was closed because we didnt receive the call.Hence i had to raise another ticket. There was a technical person assigned who said there is fault with the device and that he will check and get back on it. Then after few days got call from headoffice asking if we received the new device and if the issue is resolved. They also said that the technical person has said he has already delivered the new device to us when we havent even received any information from him. When we try to contact him he does not respond to our call. I have made n number of calls to customer care stating my plight in this issue. But there has been no action taken so far. On 21st i made a final call and was told that he wud escalate and that within 4hours i will receive a call from the team but till today have not received any call. Its been days i am waiting for the resolution and the device is a pre-paid and this month data usuage will over on 26th. I am totally fed up with the way its going. I have few questions for you 1) Why is the ticket closed just if the customer missed a cal when you also know that we cant call u back. Isnt it that once when the customer confirm that issue is resolved you should close the ticket? 2) Why is there no information/intimation of what is happening? Isnt it that unless and untill you let us know what is the problem you are facing in replacing the device we will get frustrated thinking we havent received the device yet? 3) Why doesnt the technical person doesnt respond to calls. Also once he picked and said it will be delivered today but then till today havent recieved. 4) Why is give wrong information to head office saying the device is delivered? or the issue is closed? 5) Why isnt the customer care take proper action when customer raises a concern of their plight? and is delayed for so long days? These are all the situations where customer is pushed to go to severe extend. Please dont push me further. Kindly take necessary action else please make sure i get the refund for the device(1799) and the 300 i paid for the month towards internet. I am annoyed with such behaviour.
