Tata Docomo — Issue got resolved late and Waiver still not processed as per promise

Hi, I am using tata docomo from last 5 years. Recently I have converted my number into postpaid. Due to your executives false information I received bill amount of 5674Rs. I compalained regarding the same on 20th June. They said it will get resolved on or before 25th of june. I waited upto 25th June. Later I again contacted your customer care service later they said It will get resolved by 27th Of June. I said Ok for that. Still It wasn't resolved by the date promised. At last I got a confirmation call stating my complaint is resolved and the bill caused due to data will get waiver which is more than 5000rs. The executive told me to wait for 48-72 hrs to get the waiver. I got that call on 30th June. So by 3rd of July, I should have got my waiver but still it is not got waived and Whenever I am calling your customer care I am getting fake promises that my complaint will get resolved withing 1 or two days. So to resolve a complaint you guys take more 2 weeks. Wow! What a service!! I think I had called your customer care upto 10-15 times. This is not enough, You guys have barred my services so that I cant make any outgoing call. This shows how much you guys care about your loyal customers who use your service for more than 5 years. And another thing last date of paying bill is 9th july so if you do not resolve my issue by that date you guys will increase that bill by late fine fee. Kudos!! So to resolve that again I will have to again raise request for that :( I am just fed up with your service. Please process my waiver request asap. I don't have patience to wait for more time now. Hi,

Tomorrow is the last date to pay the Bill. Please process it today itself.
I have not received call for waiver today. But received 5 calls saying up to when you are going to pay bill. You guys can call every day for asking to pay bill, but for resolving complaint you cannot call! Great! What a service! Worst experience ever!
