[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Issue in deactivation my post paid internet connection | |||
I want to deactivate my post paid -Tata photon+. Photon No:[protected] Account No:[protected] I have already dropped mail regarding this to Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in and also tried to contact customer care.But No response from Tata Docomo. I am highly disappointed with poor service of Tata Docomo. I should have thought twice before taking tata docomo. Initially decided to convert this post paid connection to Prepaid.Now no chance ...I should get rid of Tata Docomo... Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the discussion over call regarding the connectivity and billing of your Tata Photon number, we would like to inform you that your cancellation request with the docket number[protected] has been registered.
Hence, I would like to inform you that
The outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours.
Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and the billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered.
Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 618/-
The number will get permanently disconnected within 15 days.
Your billing cycle is 17th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection.
