[Resolved] Tata Docomo — marketing calls | |||
Once again with better experience with tata docomo, my name is ramprabu and my mobile number is[protected], for the last four days i have been receiving a call from tata docomo to get a new post paid connection i told them that right now i am a using post paid CUG connection only so not required me a new connection that executive asks me is it so? again i said sir everyday i have been answering your phone calls don't you have any facility to find those who have contacted already and the exective says sir we have 42 branches so it does not matter for us and says if you want complaint at customer care dont ask me like that. the number of the executive is[protected] already for my previous compliant nothing has been done but still i gave you another complaint lets see what is the response for that too.
