Tata Docomo — MNP Failure. | |||||
I applead for MNP from docomo to idea on 7 Feb'16. Got UPC. Submitted required documents. Got sms from docomo on 8 feb'16 saying "port in number failed at NIMS". Seeing that, i called docomo customer care and asked about port status. They said it is fine and going on. After that i called idea customer care today. They said porting failed because my documents are rejected. I asked for the reason of rejection but they didn't even replied. What is TRAI doing? The operators are giving silly reasons for rejection.
