They have made roaming prices and policy. Throughout month(15 July to 15th Aug) I have spoken to multiple call center guys 7 to 8 times and also lot of incoming calls from there office. Every time I have asked same question like "Why my unbilled is going out of credit limit. Is there some change done to my plan. Is there some other change happened in your system or software. Something doesn't looks normal as my usage is like regular, please check or let me know the issue. Do you have any suggestion why I'm getting call again and again for credit limit. Am I using same plan which I had earlier" Not even once the truth was told to me that they have made changes to my plan roaming policy. Even after asking multiple time I got standard reply that there is "no change done from our side you are using still same plan everything is normal as usual and high credit limit is due to high STD calls from my side Bill will get adjusted and bill will as usual there is nothing additional to tell you etc." They kept on saying issue is from my side because of high STD, where as issue was actually create by guys and didn't revealed the truth. Whereas truth is I was no more using same plan as there was changes done to my plan and even after asking multiple times you guys kept on lying. Now aftr bill generation when complain is raised thy accepted for changes. wherea they could have told me this truth whent Iwas asking throughtout month. Instead of telling truth to the customer they have made new way of cheating an earning money by lying, hiding truth and later giving excuse of regulation. This is clear case of cheating, lying, purposely hiding truth for your own interest and bad practice of service. please help me from this malpractice and getting refund. Actually tata docomo has reached to such a low level where you say that all is my fault as
"I have not asked question in your standard format". "This is on record by Sofiya your backend engg."


Though you agree I gave n number of calls and asked all the possible way to no, what did you changed.


Please help me from this malpractice, cheater company and get me the refund. As there intention is very clear now.

Till today I have not received any reply on all the e-mails send since 18th Aug on Tata DOCOMO mail id.
For every mail Only I received is auto reply that we will reply you in 24hours.


Only think which I got to know is the complain was closed long back with comments that
I have not asked question in there standard format and format is
"What is the change in roaming".


So even when I was asking again and again for one month.It is my fault.

This is getting more dirty now. How much shameless Tatadocomo can be where they are asking customer should ask question in there standard format, otherwise its customer fault.


On 24th Aug I have spoken to floor Head Mr. Rohit Kumar.


He said "I understood your problem and you are not the only one who has faced this issue".
He said that "he has send a escalation mail within his team and will revert back in 24hours."


Neither he has reverted nor I got any replies on my mail.


Please help me from this malpractice, cheater company and get me the refund.
