My new tata docomo mobile sim is not activated till yet. Enclosing you the details for your reference.

No response on alternate number. Submitted 4 id prooofs of document again past 5days back too even then not activated. Waste branch of madhapur. People dont work fast.

Sir, I am Suresh Kumar, I purchased a new tata docomo Sim on[protected]. I given all the documents, but it is not activated.my tata docomo number is [protected].
On 03 May 2016, 10pm when I called the customer care operator that he misbehaving and abusing on call on my Tata Docomo no. Is [protected]. I want to get Fast action for his. Radiguet on Tata Docomo company.

Dear B.M. Pokharkar,

We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the number which you have mentioned is not updated in our data base. Post Documents updation in system (Order Entry) you will get a SMS, post which you need to call 59059 for tele verification. Post Positive Verification SIM will be activated in 5 minutes and incase verification is done negative then you have 2 more attempts for positive verification. Post activation, FRC (first time recharge) is mandatory. The activation process takes 4-5 days, the Number will be activated post document updation & verification.
