Tata Docomo — My number is not working | |||
Hi Team, I am a subscriber of Tata Docomo number from many years, Recently i was travelling and after my visit back to home i found the number to be not working, When i insert the sim it is doesn't recognize it, Please help me to get it work, All my banking functions have this number as my primary one. We tried to speak with you personally on your number. However, the same was not reachable. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records thoroughly your number is in connected & active status in prepaid services, your number has been activated on 23-AUG-2012. As of now your balance is Rs.4.01/- and you cam avail the services and there will not be any interruption of services from our end. We would like to inform you that kindly re-insert your SIM, also check with the other handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo in your handset. If you still persists the same concern we request you to revert us with complete details to raise a complaint. 1. Error Message: 2. Problem since (no. of days): 3.
