[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — My old 3G data not carried forward

Hi, I made an online recharge for my M.No.[protected] from Tata Docomo Website of Rs.499/- of which I got talk time of Rs.500/- & 2 GB 3G Data but before recharge I had 3G data balance of 3GB now its showing only 2GB data. I made a call to a customer care they replied me that if I recharged a new plan, the earlier plan or data will expire. My query is that if is it so why don't you mention on online sites that the previous plan will expire on new recharge. Please give me a valid reply & stop misleading. Thank You. Hope you will reply.

I faced same issue. After I read on multiple forums about TATA Docomo now allowing users to carry forward their 2G and 3G data, I recharged my Photon 3G immediately as it was last valid day, only to know that previous data has lapsed. I am still wondering why this information is not clearly mentioned on the online recharge site?
Recharge site is already painfully slow with a bad user experience, plus if they are trying to hide such information from user, then I doubt many users will carry on living with this painful experience.
I have had enough of Photon 3G and I am now switching to a better service provider.
