Tata Docomo — need account initial password

Hi Sir My DoCoMo Number is [protected]. And i Lost my Password. I click forgot password link and provide the Mobile Number and click continue. But it shows 'Dear Customer, you have not changed your initial PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact customer care at 121 (Post-Paid & Pre-Paid) to receive new PIN' please help me sir my e-mail id is '[protected]@gmail.com"' Thanks advance
