[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Need to deactivate docomo number | |||
Hi docomo team, Want to deactivate the number using because i am leaving the place. Its a postpaid connection number is [protected]. I tired to reach the customer representative and didn't got any help/reply properly. Verified Support Aug 26, 2016 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per the telephonic conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that your cancellation request has been registered with the docket number[protected] raised on 25-AUG-2016. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 327/-. 4. The number will get permanently disconnected within 16 days. 5.
