Tata Docomo — Neither able to receive messages nor able to recharge | |||
I was an aircel customer, i ported to tat docomo before 6 months. Intially it was ported onto a postpaid sim but before a couple of months i got it changed to prepaid.from then, I am not able to receive messages from many of my friends, colleagues etc. Neither i am able to recharge my phone at certain times .i've already tried reaching out to the nearest customer service center but i could't find a solution.Please help me out with this issue. my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com The docomo number i am facing the issue with is [protected]. We tried to speak to you personally on your number, however the same was not possible as the call was disconnected from your end and you have expressed your dissatisfaction towards network concern. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, we would like to inform you that kindly dial #35*1234# for unbarring Incoming SMS and we request you to do the below mentioned settings for unbarring the SMS issue on your number. 1) Go to: Main Menu > Message > Message Settings. 2) In message Center number:-[protected]. 3) In Reply via same center, select ""NO"". 4) In Reply via choose 'Text'. Further, we request you to write to us with the error message what you are getting while doing the recharge, if the recharge has been done through retailer or online and amount of recharge for further proceedings.
