Dear sir/madam Here i am parveen aggarwal my mobile number is [protected] and inform to you yesterday i give a message for port my number and today i received a call docomo customer care for this number [protected] and his confirm my net plan has been changed today like rs.93 for one months 3g pack 1gb.Instead of rs.198. But when i am going to shop for recharge shopkeeper totally refused this plan So pls take some positive step and revert Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the conversation had with our team, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. In this regard, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records RC 93 offer is applicable on your number which offers 1GB for 30 days. Hence, in order to avail any special recharge benefits the recharge has to be done through the retailer in a special mode and on the same day on which the message was received (applicable only once).

Been customer for 6-7 years . Was using home wifi
Now most of the time touring and everything is a bad experience
Network coverage, balance deduction after having data pack sometimes, expensive internet compared to airtel whose network coverage is far much better as well . Thinking of leaving and not to recommend it to anyone .
