[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Netbanking recharge failed. Amount not refunded | |||
Hi, On 21st May, i am made online payment to recharge my phone. The amount got debited from my account but my phone didnt get recharged. I called the customer care and they confirmed that the phone was not recharged. They said the amount will be credited in a week but it has still not been credited. Now they keep asking for different information every single time. I read many other people have had similar issue. I strongly feel this a fraud being committed by Tata Docomo to make money from unsuspecting customers. I tend to take legal action if the issue is not resolved in a couple days.
