Tata Docomo — New sim card is not activated | |||
I purchased new gsm sim card by submitting my aadhar card copy and my photograph to tata docomo outlet in sec-9, chandigarh, after my cdma no. [protected] was stopped due to discontinuation of cdma service by tata docomo on may 20, 2016, it was told by tata docomo representative that this sim card will be activated within 3-4 days but till today i. E. May 25, 2016, this sim is not activated, you are requested to activate this sim ([protected]), as early as possible. My alternate number is [protected]. As per the conversation with our team member, we would like to inform you that your request for CDMA to GSM migration has been registered vide docket number PMRS[protected] and the UPC (Unique Porting Code) code for the same is TP4148** which is valid till 02-JUN-2016 10:18PM. This is to inform you that after submission of your documents and the UPC code at the recipient operator, we will be receiving a response from recipient operator, after that your migration request will be processed. However, I request you to contact the outlet to process the request for migration.
