Tata Docomo — No assistance from customer

My TataDoCoMo prepaid number is [protected]!!!My call rates are been increased without any reasons even though my call rate offer is 30/ps from nearly 1 month I'm suffering problem due to this and I'm not getting any solution to this problem...I had ported my network due to this main reason but I got a call from customer care that we will reduce call rates but there was no decrease in my call rates!! Plz look into my complaint and do necessary changes orelse just say to port to other network. I'm tired of TataDoCoMo network!!!The worst network I had ever used.
