[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Non delivery of 3G services by Tata Docomo | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I got my Mobile (No.- [protected]) recharged for 3G connection, but till date `it has not been delivered by Tata Docomo.To get it` delivered i called their customer care number [protected] they informed that link will be delivered, it was delivered and i installed it, even after installing 3G didn't got activated so I called the customer care number but it seems they have blocked my number because every time it i saying you have dialed the wrong number. Also i requested that for 5 days 3G network was not available hence, my expiry date should be extended. Then the representative started shouting at me saying it is your fault as you didn't call the call center so no extension will be given. After regular request he said i have raised the complain (Complain No.[protected] and link has been send, but the link is of no use. Request you to kindly help me on this issue.
