Tata Docomo — Non response regarding customer grievance | |||
Dear Sir, Dear Sir, We regret to inform that We are having 2 a/c with Tata Docomo( 3 connection in each a/c) vide No.[protected])[protected]. generally 2 lines out of 3 in each are being completely dead, we have already lodged complaints several times in past but every time no response/solution given by docomo. we have also tried to contact higher authority but from customer care one by one line forwarded but result is nil till date. We have tried also to contact local authority but their phones/cell no replied . Kindly help us to solve the matter otherwise we have to compailed to surrender all these connections.
