Tata Docomo — Not activating internet even after getting message for the recharge | |||
Hi my name is Vishwas i am from Bangalore. 3 days back i recharged my tata docomo prepaid number with Rs.251 for 3G offer from FreeCharge. Immediately after recharging i got confirmation message of recharge from Tata DoCoMo in that message they mentioned that my Internet pack will be activated in next 2 hours. So i waited for 7 hours but still my net pack did not activate, so i called customer care and said my problem. Later they sent me some Internet settings and asked me to save them and done with that saved new settings. Later i restarted my mobile but still it did not activate. I checked my data balance it was showing nil. Next day again i called customer care and i said still my net pack have not activated but at that time customer care employee said that you have not recharged for this number for any Internet plans so you call the FreeCharge and ask. I was shocked by her response because even though i am getting confirmation message from company she is saying like that. So however i mailed FreeCharge customer care and got confirmation that transaction has successfully done from their side. Again i called TataDocomo customer care but this time they just replied that ''for any querires plaese call 121''and disconnected my call and blocked my number. Later i tried to call many a times but it couldn not connect. So i called from brother name and the same reply she gave that you have not recharged. As my counselling is going on again i recharged my number ([protected]) with 251 Rs. Alike you i am also in touch with third party (FreeCharge). I hope my cash will be debited to my account as soon as possible.
