[Resolved] Tata Docomo — not closing the account despite repeated request, sending bills despite closure | |||
Docomo photon number : [protected] I have raised a request (Request Number:[protected] to CLOSE my Tata Docomo USB Dongle connection through call center in the month of jab-2014 and paid all my duesby that time and I was not using the USB Dongle from feb-2014. .After few days I got a call from tata-docomo customer care that they will keep my connection onSAFE-CUSTODY. Even though I was not interested to keep the connection insafe-custody but upon force of the customer care representative, I agreed forthat and the customer-care representative said that I will not be getting any bill from next month. But after six months (sept-2014) I got the bill and I again raised a complaint to CLOSE the connection, . After that whenever I got a call from the customer care, I told them the same thing and they never listened to me.Now I am getting calls that a legal notice will be sent if I don't pay the bill.Please help me with this, as I have not used the services from feb-2014.
