[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not Given Extra talktime on Recharge with RS 160 | |||
I had recharge my tata docomo number [protected] with RS 160 which was my offer of the month. I got this information by dailing 123 which was mentioned when anyone check the balance *111#. But as per tata docomo customer the offer is not given to me if I don't recharge with Docomo online website which they not mentioned at the IVRS 123. This lead to be a serious fraud vbecause operator is hiding the complete recharge process. It not mandatory for a consumer to for recharge he/she have to use the brand website nothing mentioned anywhere. Docomo customer care on complaining refuses to give the extra talktime reason is not mentioned. I recharged Rs 160 by using paytm.com Order No.[protected] Sep '14 8:28 am Tranc ID : [protected]. They are cheated me because they not mention in Ivrs 123 that consumer have to recharge by using the website to get the extra talk time. Provide me the Extra talktime and update your system which clearify the all procedure of recharge. Don't cheat consumer saying nonsence suggestion. Consumer are not bound to use your website. I have never receive any call for your representative or if I missed it I got a Miss call Alert or A msg to get the callers number. So this is fake caused that you are unable to contact me. My number is 24 * 7 active of again don't cheat in the sense you have called me. Second thing Rs 15 is extra talktime which u have not gave me. So how can u say that as your records full benefits is given. In IVRS 123 it is clearly mentioning that on Rs 160 special recharge you will Rs 175 but on recharge I will get only Rs160. So how will You are claiming I am fully benefited. By this way your company is cheated number of customer Saying something and after recharge manager that you have opt for a wrong option for recharge. I want my money back please help me get it.
