As per our discussion over the call on [protected] regarding Recharge related, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that the recharge made on[protected] of Rs. 251/- to your account is reflecting in our records only one time. However, in case of any failure transactions the amount will be credited back to the bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge.
Further, you’re saying that your amount has not yet been credited in your bank account in specified time. Kindly note that if the amount does not reflect within the specified time then you need to check with your bank as the recharge failed during the transaction.
