Tata Docomo — Online reharge by netbanking unsuccessfull | |||
I did recharge my home pre-paid home mobile no: [protected] on 5/Jan/2015 of R's 499 by your web site by my net banking. Its transaction number is BIL/[protected]/BPC-Bill Desk/Tatadocomo_BICI. As per our discussion on your alternate number regarding Recharge related, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that the recharge made on[protected] of Rs. 499/- to your account is not reflecting in our records. However, in case of any failure transactions the amount will be credited back to the bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge.
Further, you’re saying that your amount has not yet been credited in your bank account in specified time. Kindly note that if the amount does not reflect within the specified time then you need to check with your bank as the recharge failed during the transaction.
