Tata Docomo — Overcharged call rates even when rate reducing pack is active | |||
My no.is [protected]. I activated a rate reducing pack on 24 Oct 2015 for Rs 29 which was valid for 28 days I.e. until 22nov 2015. Everything was fine till yesterday night (21 Nov 2015) 9:02pm when I made an STD call which was 52min 4secs long and I was charged around ₹52 for that when I should have been charged ₹ 12-13, given that rate reducing pack was still active. I immediately called customer care told him the issue. He said I will connect u to the senior but after 9mins gave an inactive no. [protected] and said that its Maharashtra customer care no. call them. Since the no. was inactive I called DoCoMo care again but as always they blocked my calls to customer care (its the strategy, one can try to verify it). Moreover, I am still being charged heavily for my calls despite my rate reducing pack active. I have lost around ₹50. I used voda for 3 yrs in a different state, and their service was pretty impressive. If this issue is resolved in next few days then its ok otherwise i will have to say "TATA"--- DoCoMo coupled with an aware customer's frustration. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that, upon checking thoroughly with our records there are no such discrepancy found on your number you have been charged for calls as per your usage and you can get the all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility which gives you last one month details. Hence I request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.
