[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Photon max wifi connection not activated | |||
Hello, I purchased Tata Photon Max Wi-fi. I have already submitted all the required documents to the representative. I was promised that the device would get activated today but I have not received any message on my alternate contact number. On entering my tata photon number in customer care ([protected]) for activation, the IVR is saying invalid input. I don't have any mechanism to contact their customer care representative.
