Tata Docomo — Photon WiFi network complaint | |||
My Photon number : [protected] This is one of the pathetic responses that I could get from such a reputed company like yours. I’ve been trying to call you on your customer care cell but the system doesn't allow to speak to a customer care officer, this started happening after I raised this complaint, I tried calling your nodal desk during the working hours & none seems to respond on those numbers as well, When you make promises of giving services then isn’t it your responsibility to ensure the service is seamless, From last one week I am unable to connect to the internet from my location, every time I try connecting the GUI page gives me an error “No service” Failed to connect to the network, please retry later or search for networks from the network setting page”, I am enclosing the screen shot for your perusal. Your call back team gave me a response that the network has no problem, the issue is with the laptop & he made me to do few changes on my laptop, STILL THAT DIDN’T WORK, so the agent told me to change the dongle, Taking his advise I took your dongle to the nearest docomo store at kalamessery, There the device didn’t show any problem at all, This is to bring to your notice that I am writing this email from my laptop & by connecting through your Wifi dongle from another location.(not from my home where the problem still persists) Therefore the lap top as well as the dongle has no issues, ISN'T THIS SUFFICIENT FOR YOUR NETWORK TEAM TO DO SOME HOME WORK ON CORRECTING THE NETWORK PROBLEM THAT I AM FACING AT MY LOCATION? "As per the conversation had with our team, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you. we would like to inform that the area you have referred to is a highly congested area (high number o[censored]sers using internet service at the same time).
The improvement in speed may only happen if the congestion on the sites goes down, which can’t be predicted at this given point in time.
At Tata Docomo network augmentation is a continuous process, and we would like to assure you that all necessary actions would be taken on the feedback shared.
We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to process your request regarding the device refund as the same is not applicable."
