[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Please dont purchase anything TATA Photon/Teleservices - Worst ever customer services that i have seen in life.

Recently I bought an TATA Photon MAX WIFI connection (Device # [protected]). I contacted your customer care for the verification and activation as per the SMS that i received. I was directed to your customer care and they started talking in Tamil even after i requested them to talk in English...i was begging them to talk in English as i couldn't understand what they were telling in Tamil. But they didn't listen to me, they were continuously taking in Tamil and disconnected. Once Again i called the customer care and finally got hold of an representative for the verification and Activation of my connection, they told me try after 5 mins with the device to connect into internet. Time was at 9:00 AM on Sep 14th 2014. When i tried to connect at 9:30 the connection failed, i again called your customer care, they took nearly 20 mins to respond in my phone line, and they came with an explanation that i have to recharge my plan though i have already purchased the Rs 350 starter pack. When i tried to explain they asked me to visit the outlet and hung up the phone. Again, i reached out to your customer care to get the issue fixed, I don't want to waste my hard earned money. This time your team asked me to get online chat with ESHOP portal since this was purchased online. I went to an near by browsing center and chatted with them. Now your team came up with an biggest finding that my address verification was not completed and they were asking for local address proof. I have already submitted the Electricity bill as address proof and valid driving license as well. I explained them. After that no response on online chat for 20 mins. Then the standard response came "Tata Docomo eShop: I would request to please wait for a while and the concerned team will revert you back on the activation, and you will get confirmation of the same." i really don't understand whats going on here. Since i am really mad on the Rs 2349 that i paid, once again i took the courage to call your customer care, this time i got a reply saying that i will be getting an SMS shortly for the starter pack and activation. waited till 1:15 PM, but no response. i don't want to go through this painful process again. Again at 1:15, connected with your ESHOP chat, after listening my concern the so called Chat specialist told me that "Tata Docomo eShop: We understand your concern, however, will like to inform you that this is a specialized Chat Desk for Tata Docomo eShop support. For queries on Tata Docomo services, please contact our Tata Docomo Chat support service onhttp://c1web1.saas.talismaonline.com/chatc1/tatadocomo.html You can also contact us on call center number[protected], Photon customers can call us at[protected]." Even though it was eSHOP purchase, he is asking me go for generalist support from where i came to eSHOP. What a procedure that you have???.. After explaining everything, he took some time to look into my issue and came up with the following response and please find the contradicting responses that they provided. I am really feeling sad that i purchased this connection. I never expected that the TATA's will go this cheap to mint the money in this way without providing any service. Long live TATA's. Now i don't care about that Rs 2349 that i spent on the device and plan. I assume that it was donated to an person who is hungry on making money. Tata Docomo eShop: I would like to inform you about the status of activation, your details have been verified and the entry has been done in the system the concerned team will make a call back to you shortly for the activation of the connection. me: but they told me that it is already activated 13:14me: and how about Rs 350 starter pack that purchased? 13:14Tata Docomo eShop: Do you have any confirmation message on the activation. 13:15me: no..not yet...i recieved the message for the verification 13:15me: but when i spoke to your customer care...they told me that i will be able to connect into the internet now 13:15me: they told me this in the morning 9:00 AM 13:16me: after the verification 13:19Tata Docomo eShop: I would request to please wait for a while and the concerned team will revert you back on the activation, and you will get confirmation of the same. 13:19me: Boss..i was waiting from morning 13:20me: no one called me yet 13:20Tata Docomo eShop: Today it is not possible, concerned team is not working today, you will have to wait till tommorow. 13:21 Thanks
