Tata Docomo — Poor document maintanace | |||
Tata docomo is having too poor on document handling system. there is no history details and unique contacts and with proper tracking. Their current system is working with less linked options. I have submitted my document in 5 times. I purchased a photon device after my document submittion only. Every time they are missed out that document. There is no procedure in document system. As per the telephonic conversation had with you, we would like to inform you that service for your Tata Docomo Photon connection has been permanently disconnected on 24-Jan-15 and we observe the data usages in your bill so kindly remit the outstanding an amount of Rs.765/- and revert with a line of confirmation in order to adjust the balance amount of Rs.241/-.
