Tata Docomo — Poor Service and Customer support | |||
I am having Tata Docomo number-[protected]. I am using Roaming Free Plan of 252 on this number. I am unable to recharge any Top-Up on this number. I tried to recharge easy as well as online of Rs 100 and Rs 120 many times but i am getting message as "your recharge is declined by DOCOMO". I complained to the Customer Care but they are behaving so rudely. Everytime they told me that there is no issue from their side. I even mailed the complaint to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. Its more than 2 weeks but my problem is not yet resolved. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
