[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Porting not allowed- Reason required | |||
I made a porting request on 27th Sept 2014, for which I got a UPC ID- TM741224. I got multiple calls from Tata Docomo's retention team, to whom I clearly told that I am no longer interested to continue with Tata Docomo due to bad and pathetic network. I do not get more than half the calls. They confirmed ok, and today I am getting the message from new mobile operator that my porting request have been rejected. Kindly I need a very logical reason. And whatever the logical reason is, if my porting request is not accepted, i am going to cancel my no., file a consumer complaint against Docomo for malpractice and going against TRAI rules and then go for a new connection. I need a response by 11th Oct 2014 by 12:30pm. If not then I am proceeding with filing a formal legal complaint. Rgds Sameer Was this information helpful? | |||
