[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Post paid to prepaid migration

My Name is Jaydeep Mankodi i have applied for Post to Pre Migration my request Migration ID is :[protected]. i got the message that it will get resolved by 9 Oct 2015 and till now no action has been taken, Customer care is replying that request has got closed. Without completing it how they can close the request?

As per our conversation over the call, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have already raised your request for postpaid to prepaid migration with the docket number[protected] and will be resolved soon. Kindly bear with us in the interim. Please save your docket number in case of any requirement for reference. However, your billing cycle is 05th of every month. Hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post migration.

I have made a payment of 520.00 RS today and i have paid 10RS Extra now there is no pending against my phone number [protected] Please Stop my Post paid service and Start The Pre Paid Service as your customer care is just harassing with giving me the answer that please contact the Out let and to outlet already i have submitted all my documents.
Requesting you that please help me out with this as i am not being happy with the service of Tata Docomo such a worst way of earning the money.
