[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Postpaid to prepaid | |||
I am using Tata DoCoMo postpaid number [protected]. I want to change this number to prepaid. I called customer care where i can change the number to prepaid and what the procedure to change number from postpaid to prepaid. the customer care told some procedure and he told to go my nearby address marthahalli when i go there they are telling that we wont change postpaid to prepaid and they are telling to go some other address this is the way you treat the customers and i want the solution or else i will change to another network Was this information helpful? | |||

Further, to register the postpaid to prepaid migration request you need to carry the following documents for your nearest Tata Store for placing the request: Fill the Customer Application form provided by store & submit below documents: (1) Migration Form (2). 1 Passport/ Stamp Size coloured photograph (3) Photo ID / Proof of Identity: Driving License, Passport, Photo Credit Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Arms license. (4) Address Proof: Passport, Election ID card, Ration card with address, Driving License, credit card statement (not older than last 3 months), Passport, and Property Tax Receipt, Telephone Bill of fixed line / Electricity Bill (not older than last 3 months).
