[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Providing false information and activating plan without customer awareness | |||
I want to commence a complaint against TATA DOCOMO, Chennai. Yesterday I had chat with their representative about my plan status in my no [protected], they gave me several pack details. First they told me 38rs sms pack has been recharged in my no. When I opposed they told me 22rs ISD pack has been recharged. Then when I did not agree, they again changed their converse and told 61rs roaming pack has been recharged. I have not done any such recharge of 61rs roaming pack neither in online or offline mode and neither have I received any confirmation message for 61rs recharge. So money has been reduced from TATA Docomo site. They have activated 6`rs roaming pack without my awareness. After that when I asked the representative can I do recharge of 33rs along with 61rs. They got agreed and now the pack is not working in my no. So I 33rs also mislaid. Kindly give suitable solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
