Tata Docomo — received bill without using tata Photon

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have handed over Tata photon to the retailer on 25.04.2015 I have informed to the customer care for disconnection no.[protected] and last 30 days I have not used tata docomo photon and still i have received a bill of Rs. 94. Also to inform you that I have paid Rs. 74 towards usage for April month. This is not right please do the needful for waiving of this bill amount my TATA Docomo no. is [protected] account Number[protected] Suraj Marathe
