As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records thoroughly there is no recharge of RC 20 found on your number on dated[protected], as the recharge was not successful due to transaction failure. If the recharge is done through online, however, the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge. If the amount does not reflect within the specified time then you need to check with your bank as the recharge failed during the transaction.

I recharged today. Got an confirmation email from tata docomo for successful recharge.Traction id is [protected]. But the balance is not updated and I am not able to make any call.
