[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding bill payment of ([protected]) harassment | |||
I have got postpaid connection of tata docomo postpaid connection( Mo No : [protected]) with 1 GB of 3G data plan worth Rs 125. They said that if you complete 1GB of data then you will get message that will intimate me about it or you can use docomo app to check usage data. Suddenly I have got bill of 800Rs. I have called customer care. they said that u have exceeded the data limit. But i haven't got any intimation that my data pack limit is over and now i will be charged. I was regularly checking in docomo app about my data usage. but customer care said that status shown in app is not latest one. It shows status of 48 hours ago. what should i do with that old status? How would i know that my data limit is over and i m charged for my internet usage They were calling me again and again for bill payment . and at the same time they have blocked my outgoing service also and every month they are charging me for the postpaid bill. As per the telephonic conversation on your alternate number, you have expressed dissatisfaction towards billing and not receiving remainders regarding data usage. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, as per the revert received from our concerned team, we would like to inform you that in postpaid connection we haven't send reminders till your credit limit britches. Also legal notice will be delivered at billing address only as per registered. Further, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process the request for billing address change as your number was permanently disconnected on 28-NOV-15. However, communication will be done through email also. Kindly note that your current outstanding is Rs.826/-. We request you to clear the same.

I think switching to the Bill Bachao app is the best solution for your problem. I have this app in my phone and its quite useful. It has special set alert feature that allows you to set notification for low balance and the data consumption. It gives you the liberty to set the limit at which you want to be warned.
