[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding deduction of balance | |||||
Dear Sir, This is my third complaint about TATA Docomo deducting balance unnecessarily. When I was browsing internet on smartphone, without my consent I got a message like 35 INR has been deducted for "Photo Stories". Am attaching d snapshot of d msg I received. I kindly request Tata Docomo as a 1 time Gesture to return my balance. Or dey will loose 1 precious customer. My # is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please find the attached snapshot for your further reference. Deduction of balance of 35 rs. suddenly happened just before I tried to close the unwanted popup, which is not in our control. IP address starts with series 180.151.100.
