We would like to inform you that the balance of Rs. 10/- has been already credited to your account as on 15.12.14 that got deducted for downloading LIVE ASTRO content as on 15.12.14 from Internet. You have given the confirmation twice for downloading the service. We would request you to check your account balance by dialing *111#.
Kindly note that you can prevent such deduction by ensuring that you refrain from clicking on any chargeable site while browsing."
