Tata Docomo — Sending bills even after disconnecting services

I have raised the complaints to them several times telling that I have not been using their connection and tried to clear the outstanding. But they have never responded with the right amount to be paid as I stopped using their device in Nov 2012 and they keep charging me till Apr 2013. They did not settle the amount to be paid and keep billing me and resulted in high amount even without using the services. Below is their care less response to my queries. Dear Mr. Manu, We refer to your email dated 24th APR 13 regarding cancellation and billing for your TATA Photon number [protected]. I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We tried to reach you on your number [protected] on 25th APR 13, however the number was a wrong number. As per the mail, Please find the below the response to your queries listed in the trail mail: 1.I would like to inform you that as per our records 25-MAR-13 due to non payment. 2.Please be informed that we have verified our records and found that there is no previous cancellation request given from your end. Hence, your service request number[protected] has been closed stating the same. 3.Kindly note the there is an outstanding amount of Rs.3337 for which due date is 24-APR-13. We request you to clear the same. 4.Further, we request you to kindly revert us with the details if you have regarding your request which will assist us to proceed further. Dear sir/Madam,

I have requested/registered for cancellation of my Tata Docomo no ([protected]) in the few months back. During cancellation, company representative have asked me for payment of dues and a customer care numbers has given me for the completion of their formalities and accordingly I do everything in front of them and they told me that numbers will be cancelled in next 7 -8 days. After one month later they are sending me the bill for the said connection. Again, I have registered the complaint and same formalities also followed, but result is same. Please deactivate and cancel the connection with effect from 01.06.2014.
