I purchased a dongle (Tata photon max) last month i. E april. They offered me high speed internet all over the india but when i move to kharagpur then instead of giving high speed internet, it didn't connected. When i made complaint of it the customer care person told me that it will happen in kharagpur so we cann't help you. I told them to disconnect this connection, when i need this then i'll start it again. On this they told me if you disconnect this then in future you have to purchase new one. The old one which i have is of no use. At the time when i purchased this, they told me when it is of no use you'll disconnect it and when you want to restore you'll also do that with the same no. As per the conversation had with our team, we are really sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your connection and end this very fruitful relationship we had with you. Kindly note that your cancellation request has been already registered with the docket number[protected] on 21-MAY-2016. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Temporary disconnection happens on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 464/-. 4. The number gets permanently disconnected within 15 days. 5. Your billing cycle is 23rd of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable. For your convenience, we are attaching the link where you can check the all the outlet details online. Click here - https://enterpriseportal2.tatatel.co.in/seednew/icare.aspx. You can also dial[protected] and select option 3 then 1 for getting the nearest Tata Docomo outlet details as SMS after punching the area pin code.
