[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Signal Coverage Problem | |||
Dear Sir, With reference to my complaint ID "PNR[protected]" I have complaint to customer care that since around 2 months at my location your network signals are week and I am facing problem for voice quality and sometimes call dropped issue in 2G and 3G both the technologies and sometime data connection failed to connect. But customer care executive is not providing me any solution or any deadline to resolve. Kindly resolve the issue on priority as we are 4 users of Tata Docomo at same home. I want you to optimise the network in my area covering by your base station 2649 (information taken by GMON software) Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise we will port to another operator and tell to others in the locality to be port from your service.
