[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Sim card activation | |||
On[protected] my old sim card stopped working. So, i get it replaced from the tata docomo brand store (Shop no. 1, shantai complex, opp. Pcmc school, kaspate vasti, wakad, pcmc, maharastra, pin-411057) and they told me that it will get activated within 3 hrs. On[protected] i again went to store 2 times but still no result and same day i also called customer care 2-3 times. This goes for 2 days. On[protected], store manager said there is problem with this sim. So he gave me another sim, which also not get activated since 3 days. My visits to store is still happening and customer have no response to my queries. That sim was my official purpose sim and no one from my office is able to connect with me. Your poor services caused me lots of mental harassment. I want my sim card to get activated soon enough and explanation from the higher authority of the tata docomo Was this information helpful? | |||
