Tata Docomo — stopped connecting to internet

My tata photon number is [protected]. i had recharged for rs 800 for unlimited download (high speed till 5gb then at lower speed) but after consuming 5gb it said your download limit is over and it stopped connecting. i have called the customer care 3 times since yesterday and no action has been taken, just they have lodged a complaint. my plan gets over on 19th oct. this is harassment for the consumer. kindly clear the problem ASAP. my alternate number is [protected], nishant
