Tata Docomo — Ta-hauwap super model club activated without my consent | |||
Hi docomo team, It is really a severe issue, and creating a very bad customer image of Tata Docomo.Please take it seriously. I am not the first to complain about this, it is a frequent complain your firm is receiving. Super Models Club is activated at Rs. 75.00 for 60 days at 12 Oct 2015 12:26 Refund my amount to my Mobile No. [protected] TA HAUWAP subscription is automatically done and whole balance is deducted and left with only 69 rupee in balance, isn’t this annoying? We unsubscribe but again when we refill our balance, same thing is repeated. Please its a humble request to take this problem seriously and refund balance. I hope action should be taken with Immediate effect. I tried calling customer care but not responding properly. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, Super Models Club service was activated by you on[protected] at 12:17PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.75/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.75/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number PSG[protected].
