[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo deducting my money for a Games Club subscription without intimation | |||
a message from Tata docomo showing - (Gamesclub is extended at Rs. 53.86 fro 17days. Bal:Rs1.00 at 23-jul-14 10:07. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223 (Free)) I have never subscripted for this, But money is deducted without intimation. .Pls Tata Docomo stop the Gameclub subscription which i never subscripted before & give a refund for my stolen balance money. We tried to speak to you personally on your numbers to understand your concerns regarding balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since your calls were not answered. Please be informed that, the balance deduction is due to the value added service which was active on your number. This has been activated on 23.07.14 from your handset.
We would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs. 54/-has been credited back in your account vide docket number . The above mentioned service has already been deactivated on your number to avoid any more deductions. It will get deactivated within 30 minutes. We request you to check your account balance by dialing *191*2#.
