I m buy a new samsung galaxy core prime on 2nd jan 2015 .on the box tata docomo free data offer, and i used already a docomo GSM sim ([protected]), and i use this sim in the samsung core prime but data offer 500mb/month for 6 month not activate on my docomo no. and i call tata docomo customer care they don't answer my problem . and i go to nearest tata docomo store they not license my problem properly . so i m kindly request you plz solved my problem soon .thanks & regards prashant

same problem here...Customer care says no offer like this with samsung core prime...this is cheating...I will file against docomo and samsung in consumer court.

Same problem, i buy a new samsung galaxy core prime 12.03.2015. i didn't get free data usage with new samsung galaxy core prime.
i lost my prepaid balance by using Internet on tata docomo sim. mobile no. is [protected]. chhattisgarh circle.
really i disappointed and feeling i was being cheated by samsung and tatadocomo..
these companies disseminated false rumor about free data usage of 500 MB for 6 months.
its a great insult of consumer rights.
if reputed Companies are doing fraud than whether is trust ..
its ? on consumers future and rights ..

I am buy a new samsung galaxy Core prime on 23 march 2015. On the box free 500 Mb data per 6 month is not activate. I am call many time in customer care but not solved my problem and not activate my data pack. sir my tata docomo no is [protected] this number is first time insert my handset. Sir i request to you Plz solve my problem.Thank You regards zahid
