[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Photon Max Wifi dues | |||
On 21st July 2014 I requested Tata Docomo ( on helpline number [protected]) to close my tata docomo photon wifi max connection (with reference number[protected]. On 28th July 2014 my connection got disconnected.After one month I received a call from tata docomo head office Lucknow (Ms. Priya Gupta mo. No. [protected]) and she said there is bill pending of Rs. 2129.She told me that she give me waiver of Rs. 629 and I need to pay only 1500 to clear my dues and after that no one call me from tata docomo.So I decide to pay my dues and get rid of tata docomo.On 4th October a man named saurabh mo. No. [protected] came and give me bill of 1500 and i pay the amount and asked for some type of certificate as a proof that there is no dues in my account.Ms. Priya Gupta call me and told that I will receive a mail from tata docomo of Full & Final Settlement letter.I received the mail of Full & Final Settlement letter from [email][protected]@gmail.com[/email].After some days again I received a call from tata docomo head office Lucknow (Ms. Nishi mo. No. [protected]) and she said there is dues of Rs. 1528.I told her that I already paid the dues and she can ask to Priya Gupta. She told me that Priya Gupta is no longer in Job and I have to pay the dues.please do needful.Tata docomo photon number [protected]A/c number[protected]Contact No. [protected] ( Please call this number.
