Tata Docomo — Tata docomo postpaid fraud | |||||
Hi, I am writing this email to discuss my ongoing dispute with Tata docomo since 3-4 months. I had changed my rental plan in June/July due to exorbitant bills, so I changed to base rental 299 with what’s app free facility only. Again after I started getting exorbitant bills for couple of months I enquired and got to know that my internet pack was activated without my consent. On 17th October (I.e My bill generation date) I went back to Mira –Bhayander tata docomo customer service centre. I told the employees that I want to pay all my bills and convert to Pre paid service. I also told them that today is 17th Oct and My bill generates on this day, so give me the total amount to this date including OCT. They told me the total figure and told me to fill the Prepaid conversion form. I paid the total amount with them, I checked thrice with them, that after this I should not be getting any bills, the employee assured me citing that If any payment was remaining they wouldn't have taken my “Pre paid request form”. Based on their assurance I gave them following things: -Payment for all the bills till 17th OCT. -Filled “Pre paid request form” -Photograph -Document Xerox After all formalities were done I was told that my sim will be converted to prepaid service within few days after call confirmation. Since that day I have been waiting for the call. Instead I got two more fresh bills for Oct and Nov. To which I again raised a complaint with their service on call. Tata Docomo has already earned lots through fraudulent means by activating services without consent on my Number . NOW THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE WITHOUT CLOSURE OF ANY ONGOING COMPLAINTS Was this information helpful? | |||||
